Saturday Receptionist Position

As the first point of contact, the Saturday Receptionist is a very important role within our business.

The ability to ‘multi-task’ is essential and will enable you to greet clients and receive incoming calls whilst maintaining a calm and helpful demeanour.

The successful candidate will possess good communication skills, the ability to prioritise, multi-task, accurately follow instructions and be punctual, proactive, reliable and polite with a friendly, positive attitude.

The applicant will possess the following qualities:

  • Hard working and self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude
  • Great customer service
  • Desire to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receipt Rental Payments/Sale Deposits/Advertising Payments
  • Greet and assist or direct queries to the relevant departments
  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries
  • Provide administration support to Property Management & Sales departments
  • Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the reception area

Key Requirements 

  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with team members in and out of the office throughout the day
  • Attention to detail

This role is a permanent Saturday position 9-2pm
